Yoga Class Information
Private Sessions
Meet with me for a private class! It is a great way for you to begin your yoga journey or refine your yoga practice. I also can schedule a semi-private class with a small group if interested. Wilderness yoga and wildflower hikes with meditation also available. 5 and 10 class private packages also available. Prices available upon request.
Class Information & Policies
Please wear comfortable clothing and try to avoid eating a large meal just before class. I generally wait 2-3 hours after eating a meal before practicing yoga asana postures. If you arrive late to class, please wait until we are finished with the "quiet time" at the beginning of class, then feel free to join us for the asana (poses) portion of the class. If you are new to yoga or practicing with me, feel free to contact me before attending and to confirm that the class is scheduled. I can also answer any questions you may have.

I believe in bringing yoga to everyone; if these prices seem out of your reach, please contact me. We have work-trade and a number of options to help.

Heated Flow at Hummingbird Yoga in Driggs; Saturdays from 9-10:15am (Drop-in or use Hummingbird Yoga's class card/drop-in); This alignment-based Vinyasa ("flow") series is suitable for all levels of yogis- from beginners to seasoned practitioners. It flowing class, with attention to practicing poses specifically chosen to enhance your flexibility and strength. Class will also be heated to low to mid-80 degrees F. - Private Yoga / small group classes also offered in-person or via ZOOM webinar. Contact me for details.
