Private Sessions
Meet with me for a private class! It is a great way for you to begin your yoga journey or refine your yoga practice. I also can schedule a semi-private class with a small group if interested. Wilderness yoga and wildflower hikes with meditation also available. 5 and 10 class private packages also available. Prices available upon request.
Class Information & Policies
*PLEASE NOTE: Please sign-up in advance for every yoga class you attend at Balance Studios. Contact Jen here if you are a new student.
Please wear comfortable clothing and try to avoid eating a large meal just before class. I generally wait 2-3 hours after eating a meal before practicing yoga asana postures. If you arrive late to class, please wait until we are finished with the "quiet time" at the beginning of class, then feel free to join us for the asana (poses) portion of the class. If you are new to yoga or practicing with me, feel free to contact me before attending and to confirm that the class is scheduled. I can also answer any questions you may have.
For classes that are in a regular series or session, I have a flexible class make-up policy, based on trust. If you miss a class you have already signed up for, feel free to make it up at another class of mine within two weeks or bring along or send a friend to class. If you have questions about this policy, please contact me.

- All-Levels Flow Yoga at Balance Studios in Victor held SUNDAYS from 4:30-5:45pm; (NO CLASSES JULY 2 and 9). (PLEASE NOTE: Class is on-hold at Balance Studios for July. I am working on securing an outdoor venue for the summer, but hope to resume classes on July 16th).
This is a flowing, alignment-based Vinyasa class that will help you gain flexibility and stamina. Being a Sunday afternoon class, there is an emphasis on unwinding to help you start your week clearly and calmly. All levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners are welcome! Typically the 4th Sunday of the month, we have a class dedicated towards restorative yoga (date is updated monthly). Stay tuned for upcoming Restorative Classes. - *For classes located at Balance Studios, please sign-up using the Mind Body link on Balance Studios each week before class. Sign-up online, here. Online registration closes 1 hour before class, so feel free to text me 208. 313. 3503 for last minute sign-ups.

5 Class Pack (expires within 6 months): $60
10 Class Pack (expires within 6 months): $110
Drop-In: $8-14 (sliding scale); First-time students $5 for first class - Restorative Yoga Classes (typically once/month; typically the 4th Sunday) - I periodically teach restorative yoga classes throughout the year at Balance Studios, generally on Sunday afternoons/early evenings. Classes begin with gentle movement, followed by longer restorative postures using props and blankets. Restorative yoga can really help you slow down from the frenetic pace of life and help you hit the reset button. All-levels, including pre and post-natal are welcome!
